The Common Sense Caravan groups recently launched a grassroots coalition called Restore Common Sense. The platform is a volunteer-based network that will empower communities on civic engagement. The coalition is currently recruiting volunteers in DuPage, Lake, McHenry, and Will counties.
The focus of the coalition will be to host social welfare events in the Chicago area and to coordinate canvassing opportunities across multiple counties. This effort is organic and is NOT funded by or affiliated with any political party.
Note: All candidates who signed the parents bill of rights pledge have received the Awake IL endorsement as have the candidates listed at the Restore IL website: www.restoreIL.org
