As a registered civic organization, we are operate independent of political party . NOTE: Our advocacy is very transparent and encourages informed voting and electoral participation. Our mission is to promote progress for the people of Illinois.

We are a registered civic organization with Deputy Registrars in the following counties: Adams, Boone, Clark, Cook, DuPage, Kane, & Will. More counties will be added following the June 28, 2022 primary election. If your community is having a festival or event where civic empowerment would be welcome, please contact us to arrange an Awake IL voter registration table.

VOTING DAY

First day for election authority to mail an official ballot to voters who have requested one. First day for early voting at the office of the election authority & temporary locations. Awake IL encourages early voting!

First day for grace period registration, voting or change of address in the office of the election authority or at a location designated for this purpose.

ONLINE REGISTRATION DEADLINE Last day for voters to register to vote through the State Board of Elections website. (10 ILCS 5/1A-16.5)

Last day for any voter who is a member of the U.S. service or their spouses, voting age dependents, nonresident civilian and citizens temporarily residing outside the U.S. to make application for an absentee ballot.

Last day for early voting.

Last day for grace period registration and voting.
