7th DISTRICT FEDERAL COURT in ILLINOIS DENIES INJUNCTION REQUEST. Obama appointed female judge Sharon Johnson Coleman sees no harm in males being permitted into female spaces alleging that the female student's distress is "suspect".

AND
VALLEY VIEW SCHOOL DISTRICT 365U
APRIL 2025
On April 6, 2025, Awake Illinois lodged a federal civil rights complaint
against the Illinois State Board of Education (ISBE) and Valley View School District 365U (VVSD), alleging violations of Title IX for recommending and enacting policies that permit males into female bathrooms and private spaces at K-12 schools.
